2 years agoOriginal Olga with Super Cheese (via JoeFoodie): shaved meat, tomatoes, onions, cheese, and Olga sauce (think thinned out tzatziki) on Olga’s secret recipe flatbread.
Visited Olga’s Kitchen in Saint Clair Shores this evening exactly one week after our menu tasting at the Sterling Heights location. The food was equally impressive tonight as it was last week.
I’m generally not a huge fan of chain restaurants, but Olga’s started locally in Birmingham, MI, so it is local at heart. Additionally, there have been times in the past when I was not impressed at all with Olga’s food. It would come to the table cold, flavorless, & unpalatable.
This evening everything was hot, tasty, and well prepared - as it was last week. I was especially impressed with the spinach pie - flaky, cheesy, & lots of spinach - a really good side dish.
Olga’s is doing a lot of work in social media in an effort to reach out to customers. They are on Twitter & Facebook.
I’ve changed my mind about Olga’s - I’ll definitely be back.
